What better way to spend a Saturday than drag racing the three fastest electric production cars on the market? Here in Auto Traders’ latest video they will be doing just that, only with a twist. Their CEO Nathan Coe will be in one of the three vehicles racing alongside YouTube presenters Rory Reid and Alex Legouix. So how well do these vehicles match up? Let’s dive in.
Tesla Model S Plaid

First runner-up is the Tesla Model S Plaid Track Package. Tesla has introduced a Track Package for the Model S, which includes lightweight wheels, non-road legal track tires, carbon ceramic brakes, and updated software for improved power distribution. This allows the Tesla Model S to reach a top speed of 200 mph with a 0-60 in less than 2 seconds! This package starts at a whopping $20,000.
Porsche Taycan Turbo S

Next up, we have the Porsche Taycan Turbo S. The four-door sports saloon is a unique package that blends features from both the 911 and Panamera. The Turbo S version of the Taycan can generate up to 560 kW (761 PS) over-boost power in combination with Launch Control and can go from 0-60 in just 2.6 seconds with a top speed of 162 mph.
Audi RS e-Tron GT

Last but not least, we have the Audi RS e-Tron GT. This sleek sedan has a Peak electrical output of 475 kW in boost, 612 ft-lbs of electrical torque, a 0-60 in 2.9 seconds, and a top speed of “only” 155 mph. As a reminder, top speed is not always everything, especially in terms of drag racing. Are you interested in finding out who the winner is? Check out the video provided below!
