As Team Audi Sport gears up for the 2024 Dakar Rally, they are leaving no stone unturned in their preparation. To gain crucial experience and fine-tune their strategies, the team will be showcasing their skills at the Morocco Rally. With three Audi RS Q e-tron cars at their disposal, piloted by the talented driver trio of Mattias Ekström/Emil Bergkvist, Stéphane Peterhansel/Edouard Boulanger and Carlos Sainz/Lucas Cruz Team Audi Sport is poised to put their best foot forward at the upcoming event.

Team Audi Sport is gradually ramping up its pace and expectations as it works towards achieving its major goal in January. The team conducted its first season test in Saudi Arabia in May, and has since undergone further testing in Zaragoza, Spain. They have also participated in the Baja Aragon.

“October is now marked by the most intensive work since the Dakar Rally,” said the Head of Audi Motorsport Rolf Michl. “Now the whole team can work in competitive mode again. The Morocco Rally is ideal for this in terms of duration and also with regard to the stages because the terrain reflects the versatile requirements of the Dakar Rally well.” The RS Q e-tron has definitely been generating a lot of buzz in the automotive industry recently, as previously reported.
